At 36, I became a full time working single parent. At 40, I was made redundant from my employer of 14 years as a materials planning manager for a large baby food manufacturer.

So, I retrained in Complementary Therapies and I founded Lilac House Therapy Centre Ltd.

For 15 very happy years I’ve been developing my range of body work skills, helping clients to achieve their goals, repair their aching muscles, regain their balance and wellbeing, reduce stress and get them back out there doing what they love.

At 54, I started retraining at this country’s top college for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy; The Clifton Practice (CPHT), an accredited centre of excellence in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

It's been an amazing journey which I completed in November 2018. As always though, I continue to update and expand my expertise and train in the latest techniques.

In the body, it can be due to injury, over use, repetitive strain, too heavy a weight lifted the wrong way, or just that one too many movements at the end of a long day. The brain sometimes needs a helping hand too; to regain positive control and balance, so that you can achieve your goals.
